Watch this second video in the demonstration series to see how simple and easy it is to make wine at home. In this video, I demonstrate equipment sanitizing techniques and the steps involved in the second phase of the process: racking (transferring) the wine from the original fermentation vessel to a second container, and the addition of chemicals to stabilize the wine and stop the fermentation process.
